Apple Standard Terms of Use (EULA)
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Swipe Shopping, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your location, and you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
What Swipe Shopping Provides
Swipe Shopping is a shopping discovery experience that shows products, personalized recommendations, search results, account features, saved products, carts, orders, loyalty points, and optional membership features. Product information may come from suppliers, marketplaces, and backend catalog services. We work to keep information useful, but product availability, images, descriptions, shipping estimates, taxes, prices, colors, sizes, and variants may change.
Recommendations and Personalization
The feed is personalized using signals such as selected interest tags, searches, product views, image browsing, product detail opens, time spent on cards, likes, skips, optional skip reasons, purchases, cart adds and removals, selected sizes or colors, product tags, price ranges, product popularity, freshness, battery patterns, and optional approximate location/weather context. Pressing X tells Swipe Shopping that you do not want that exact product shown again and may reduce similar recommendations. Pressing like, adding to cart, opening details, browsing product images, or purchasing tells Swipe Shopping that the product may be a good match and may increase similar recommendations. Recommendations are probabilistic and may not always match your preferences.
Purchases, Pricing, and Fulfillment
Orders may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers, sellers, or service providers. You are responsible for reviewing product options such as size, color, quantity, shipping address, and checkout details before ordering. Fulfillment, shipping, returns, customs, taxes, product warranties, and delivery timing may depend on third parties and applicable law. We may apply service markups, seller platform fees, discounts, promotional pricing, loyalty rewards, membership pricing, and currency conversions. Displayed converted prices use available exchange-rate data and may differ from the final amount confirmed at checkout because of rate changes, payment processor rules, taxes, fees, shipping, or platform pricing.
Friends, Direct Messages, and Product Sharing
Swipe Shopping may let users create usernames, send or accept friend requests, exchange direct messages, send voice notes, share product cards, delete messages, and delete chats. Signed-in direct messages are intended to be saved through authenticated backend systems so conversation history can follow your account across devices, while the app may keep local device caches for performance and offline previews. You are responsible for what you send. Direct messages must not include nudity, sexual content, insults, harassment, hate, threats, scams, impersonation, spam, illegal content, private identity documents, passwords, full payment card details, sanctions evasion, or content that violates another person’s rights. Product shares are for discovery and do not guarantee product availability, price, safety, authenticity, or suitability. Delete-for-everyone features remove messages or chats from your device and ask Swipe Shopping backend systems to remove the matching records for the conversation participants where technically available, subject to delivery state, backups, abuse-prevention records, legal holds, recipient screenshots/exports, and lawful retention requirements. Messaging security may include authenticated transport, access controls, SecureStore-backed local encrypted message envelopes, integrity checks, and planned end-to-end encryption features, but direct messages should not be treated as guaranteed end-to-end encrypted communication unless that is separately stated after audited key exchange, attachment encryption, retention controls, and key rotation are complete.
Reports, Moderation, Bans, and Admin Access
Users can report a direct-message chat from inside the app. Before a report is submitted, the app tells the reporter that the last 10 messages from that chat will be shared with Swipe Shopping admin for review along with the report reason. Swipe Shopping admin should not browse private direct messages unless those messages are included in a user-submitted report, required to process a user request, required to protect the service, or required by law. If reported content or account activity appears abusive, unsafe, fraudulent, unlawful, or against these Terms, Swipe Shopping may remove content, delete data where allowed, restrict features, suspend access, or ban an account temporarily or permanently. Banned users may see a popup with the reason and duration. User-data deletion tools are intended for user requests, legal compliance, safety, or service operations and may be limited by lawful retention, backups, disputes, fraud prevention, accounting records, and third-party systems.
Third-Party Suppliers and Marketplace Fees
Some products may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers or marketplace partners. Product access is subject to review, agreements, tax requirements, product safety rules, intellectual property rules, consumer protection laws, advertising standards, import/export rules, sanctions screening, and any other marketplace requirements we set. A self-serve seller application is not currently offered in the app.
Paused Features
Wallet balances, friend money transfers, self-serve seller onboarding, affiliate storefronts, and affiliate payout features are not currently offered in the live app. If Swipe Shopping brings any of these features back, they may require additional provider setup, identity checks, fraud review, tax review, payout-provider rules, Apple policy review, and updated terms before they are made available.
Final Sale, Cancellations, and Legal Remedies
Product orders are final sale once shipped. Swipe Shopping does not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for change of mind, preference, fit, size, color, compatibility, or an unwanted item. Orders may be cancelled only before shipment while cancellation remains available. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived, including any mandatory cooling-off or withdrawal right, legal guarantee, or remedy for goods that are damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, materially different from their description, or not delivered. Contact Support promptly with the order details and reasonable evidence if a legally protected problem occurs.
Support Chats and Evidence
Support features may use automated assistance to summarize claims, translate support messages, review order details, check whether a low-value refund should be recommended, and help route complex cases to an admin. Support messages may be automatically translated so customers and support staff can understand each other, but translations may be inaccurate and should not be treated as official legal wording. You may upload photos or files as evidence, but you must not upload illegal content, nudity, sexual content, threats, harassment, private identity documents, passwords, full payment card details, or content that violates another person’s rights. We may automatically hide or block suspected explicit attachments before an admin reviews them. Automated support analysis can be wrong and does not guarantee a refund, replacement, cancellation, or supplier approval.
Membership Tiers
Swipe Shopping may offer membership tiers. Bronze is the free baseline tier and does not include paid membership benefits. Paid tiers may include Silver at 3 CHF per month, Gold at 6 CHF per month, and Premium at 12 CHF per month, subject to availability in the app and confirmation by Apple before purchase. Monthly loyalty points may match the CHF monthly price for the tier. Paid tiers may provide member pricing, monthly loyalty bonus points, shipping discounts, or other benefits described in the app. Earned membership loyalty points remain after cancellation, but they still expire on the normal loyalty expiry schedule. Gold may include 15% off eligible shipping, and Premium may include 30% off eligible shipping, subject to product eligibility, pricing rules, legal limits, seller agreements, and checkout confirmation. On iOS, paid memberships are sold only through Apple In-App Purchase, and the price, billing period, renewal terms, and any offer terms shown by Apple before confirmation control the purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID, the subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel it in your App Store account subscription settings.
Loyalty Points
Swipe Shopping may award loyalty points for eligible orders, membership bonuses, or promotions shown in the app. Unless a different rule is shown, purchase points are calculated from the order amount by rounding down to the nearest whole number, so an eligible 24.90 order earns 24 points and an eligible 24.00 order earns 24 points. Fractions, shipping, taxes, discounts, refunds, canceled orders, failed payments, chargebacks, fraud, abuse, ineligible products, and promotional exclusions may reduce, remove, reverse, or delay points. Active points normally expire six months after the order or bonus date. The app may show reward progress where every 1,000 active points can correspond to a 10-unit reward value in the displayed currency, but redemption availability, minimums, product eligibility, currency conversion, and checkout confirmation may apply.
Restore, Cancellation, and Refunds
If you reinstall the app or switch devices, use the restore option so Swipe Shopping can refresh your membership status from Apple. Deleting your Swipe Shopping account or removing the app does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Refund requests and billing disputes for iOS subscriptions are handled by Apple under Apple policies. Swipe Shopping may need to keep limited transaction records for security, accounting, support, and legal compliance.
Ads
Swipe Shopping may show clearly labeled sponsored campaign cards in the shopping feed when eligible advertising inventory is available. Sponsored cards open an advertiser destination only after a deliberate user action. If no eligible campaign is available, no advertising placeholder is shown.
Shipping Estimates
Shipping costs shown on product cards or checkout screens may be estimated from the selected delivery address, product information, supplier data, shipping method, and membership tier. Estimates are not guaranteed until checkout is confirmed and may change because of supplier updates, carrier fees, taxes, duties, address accuracy, product weight, customs, promotions, or payment processor rules.
Accounts and Admin Metrics
Account-based features depend on authentication and backend services. Admin dashboards, if available, are restricted to authorized accounts and show aggregate business metrics such as total products, sales, active users, active subscriptions, and top interests. These metrics are for operating the service and should not be treated as financial, tax, accounting, or legal records unless independently verified.
User Conduct
You may not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, scrape or copy content at scale, submit false information, violate intellectual property rights, upload prohibited support files, abuse messaging, send insults, harassment, nudity, sexual content, threats, hate, scams, unsolicited commercial messages, unlawful seller listings, or use the app for unlawful activity. We may suspend, ban, delete content, delete data where allowed, or remove access when needed to protect users, sellers, partners, or the service.
No Professional Advice
Swipe Shopping does not provide legal, financial, medical, safety, or professional advice. Recommendations are generated from product data, user-selected interests, and interaction signals and should not be treated as guarantees that a product is suitable, safe, available, authentic, or the best price for you.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swipe Shopping is provided as is and as available. We use reasonable safeguards and deletion controls, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, App Store approval, error-free recommendations, product availability, supplier performance, delivery times, ad availability, exchange-rate accuracy, third-party content, perfect security, or deletion from copies outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid directly to us for the affected service in the three months before the claim.
Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms when the app, law, or business changes. Material changes will be shown in the app or otherwise communicated where required. Contact support through the app settings or the App Store support URL for questions.
